Halliwell Cafe — Restaurant in Bolton

What a wonderful place. The staff are welcoming, the cafe itself is extremely clean and tidy. The times I have been in it's had a good stream of customers through the door so it's obviously very popular and highly regarded, and it's not difficult to see why, the food is excellent, it's great value for money. Visited today with my guide dog in training. The staff were very unfriendly and told me to sit in a back room away from everyone. It was very embarrassing and I didnt feel welcome at all. They accused my dog of passing on diseases and, despite me saying legally they have to let guide dogs into their cafe, they continued to argue and said it didnt apply to them. I then left without buying anything and will never...

No idea what the foods like but if its anything like theyre opening hours its a shambles. Says open at 7.30am on the sign so got there for 7.45. Was closed. Checked google that said open at 8 so i waited. Its now 8.15 and no sign of it opening. Theyve jus lost someone who would have been a daily customer.
