Fusion Food — Local services in Bolton

Took nearly 2 hours for the order to arrive. When it finally arrived there was a can of coke from a meal deal missing, the wrong cake was sent, one of the burgers advertised as having mayo on it turned up with chilli sauce on, another burger that was advertised as having fried onions and jalapeños on it turned up without, a children's hot dog turned up smothered in chilli sauce, all the food was cold, the burgers were rock hard and over cooked and the hash brown on one of the burgers was cremated! The only thing that seemed to be acceptable with the order were the 2 milkshakes. We tried to ring the 'restaurant' to complain, only for the phone line to be completely engaged for almost half an hour. After that we gave up and contacted Just Eat...minutes later a mobile number rang us claiming to be the business owner. We explained the issues and we're offered the order to be sent again, which we declined because we didn't want to be waiting until midnight to eat (plus we'd decided yo oder elsewhere instead) and asked for a partial refund instead. The owner said he'd give us a full refund via Just Eat. After contacting Just Eat they advised when they spoke to the 'restaurant' they'd denied offering us a refund! We've ended up spending £25 for 2 milkshakes!!...

First time I've ordered from here and utterly disappointed. The food turned up after 1 hour and 50 minutes and was stone cold.

The meat on the burgers was over cooked and dry like cardboard. The burgers had missing items that were advertised as coming with.

Asked for mayo on one of the burgers and got chili sauce. Ordered two cakes and they sent one of the cakes in a different flavour than was ordered, the one we were sent incorrectly we did not like the flavour of these hence why not ordered in the first place.

Drink missing from one of the meal deals. None of the food was edible.

Spoke to just eat who contacted the restaurant.

A guy at the restaurant called me and offered to resend the food again. I said I didn't want the food again as it's taken long enough already. He asked what I want and I asked for refund and he said he will sort that for me.

I spoke back to just eat to ensure this will be follwed through and the restaurant denied the offer of a refund.

Shocking service from...

They charged me £1.50 more instead of £19 they charged me £20.50

This is not first time this has happened , previously happened to me that as well

Always check price with their menu and double check with them when paying total amount

They said we will take it off next time when I ordered next time.

Also, put chilli sauce despite mentioning not to put chilli sauce

Only positive stuff was Mohsin didnt argue and accepted mistakes

but when he was inquiring with staff about sauce they were replying badly which I heard on the phone.

I stopped ordering them after a while started again and they messed up again. Most probably not going to...
