K2 Chippy — Local services in Bolton

Never buy anything with chicken from here. The chicken reeks with foul smell and taste. Some customers have advised the owners of this but the advice has fallen on deaf ears. Furthermore, the Kebab rolls no longer have the spicy taste that they used to have. The kebabs taste bland like they have just boiled and how much the Kebab has meat instead of fake meat qualifies for a debate. The Kebab rolls previously tasted nice with spices though the next day you would always have major runs to the loo station....now I'm beginning to think if they were using the foul chicken for the kebabs...hmm. The large portion of chips has clearly reduced in size whilst the price remains the same. To add salt (pun intended) to the wound..... the quality and size of their battered fish has massive reduced and customers don't miss a thing. Lastly there is no seating area to eat you food but that's due to the size of the premises.

Other than all of the above....they owner and the other workers have a very upbeat and welcoming attitude. They are nice to customers and always serve with a smile.. so can't fault them on that..... I just hope they take all of the mentioned as a need for improvement...They can't take anything personally as entrepreneurs/owners should be looking for constant...

I really enjoy eating here we always ring and book our order then either me or my partner go to collect it. I have never asked if they deliver but i don't mind collecting it myself anyway as it's only about a 20mins journey there & bk. The food is always cooked beautifully always looks clean. In some chippys you can tell it's been cooked in cooking oil which hasn't been changed for way to long but at k2 you can see it's always lovely and fresh. I also think that the staff are a pleasure to be served by aswell. Overall i don't think i can complain it really is a pleasure to eat from there a very well deserved...

Today i bought chips but unfortunately i found some hair in my food this is not the first time last time i decided to get the chicken tikka with chips and donner and i found not 1 not 2 not 3 not 4 but 5 pieces of hair this is awful because i used to really enjoy going to this place.I demand that something has to change when i then went to try and let them know they didn’t show any remorse they just simply brushed me aside and told me to throw the food away.I demand change from this shop.The meat from that shop has to be investigated because i got food poisoning from it and it really has...
