Stopped by Steakhouse & Co. for a quick bite — and yeah, it was... okay-ish 🤷‍♂️. Definitely fits the “fast food” category more than a proper steakhouse vibe.

The food came out fast (always a plus when you’re hungry!), but the taste was pretty average. Nothing bad, just nothing to rave about either. It does the job if you’re in a rush and craving something meaty, but probably not the kind of place you’d go out of your way for.

We were 11 people for dining there and went upstairs. I placed an order for 11 people and went upstairs and guess what they packed all our food for take away and said you didn't told me you are dining here. We were 11 people occupying their 75% of seats and they don't know. Really? I wasn't there with 11 people to do take away. Burgers were completely burned and no salad and sause in any burgers. Desi tea were completely cold. No apologies either or courtesy to offer food for dining.

Can't fault the food but customer service needs sorting I've ordered and been personally to get food but on the last occasion was told a had to pay £2 delivery charge because it was weekend when I asked to speak to the manager he was reluctant at first because the previous guy said its 3.1 miles anything over 3 miles a £2. Charge depends on which way you go I've tracked it on my sat nav it's says 2.7 miles so some dodgy delivery charges are happening here but will keep ordering until...
