I recently had the pleasure of ordering from Mangrove Indian Takeaway and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with both the service and the food. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Upon placing my order online, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Mangrove Indian Takeaway offers a wide variety of delicious menu options. From traditional curries to flavorful biryanis, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The ordering process was seamless and easy, and my food arrived promptly within the estimated delivery time.
I couldn't wait to dig into my meal and I was not disappointed. The flavors were rich and authentic, clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The chicken tikka masala was creamy and flavorful, and the lamb biryani was tender and perfectly spiced. Each bite was a delight to the taste buds, leaving me craving more.
What truly set Mangrove Indian Takeaway apart, however, was the exceptional customer service. Not only was my food delivered promptly and with a smile, but the staff went above and beyond by including several free items with my order. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary papadoms , onion barji and naan and sauces included in my delivery, a thoughtful gesture that truly made my day.
The samosas were perfectly crispy and filled with a flavorful potato mixture, while the garlic naan was soft and aromatic. These extra goodies added an extra dimension to my meal and showed that Mangrove Indian Takeaway truly cares about their customers' experience.
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the team at Mangrove Indian Takeaway for their generosity and for providing such a wonderful dining experience. It is clear that they take pride in their food and are dedicated to delivering top-notch service to their patrons.
In conclusion, I highly recommend Mangrove Indian Takeaway to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Indian cuisine in the area. Whether you're a fan of spicy curries or indulgent biryanis, you're sure to find something to love on their menu. And with their exceptional customer service and thoughtful gestures, you can trust that you'll have a memorable dining experience.
Thank you, Mangrove Indian Takeaway, for the delicious food and the free items that made my meal even more special. I will definitely be ordering from you again...
Read moreDisgraceful, Booked a table on the phone and arrived the night after at 8pm and parked my car on what I thought was the Restaurant's private car park (which it is) in the dark as it was night time in October, only to be issued a week later with a parking fine of £60 rising to £100. Both myself and my partner were shocked by this as both of us never even realised nor were aware of a parking charge on the car park when we arrived at the Restaurant. Nothing was said on the phone, no staff member at the restaurant mentioned this and there was no notice about this that we could see in the restaurant or on there website which made us aware of this, otherwise I would have had no problem paying or handing my car Reg in. It was only a week later when I appealed the parking fine I went back to see what an earth was going on there that I saw just one sign at the side of the restaurant on the wall asking for visitors to the restaurant to hand there Reg in, only it was dark that night, the car park was full with a van blocking the sign and we didn't even see this sign nor were aware of it. Also on my appeal I luckily kept my receipt as proof I was a paying customer that night with the date, time, proof of my payment card and address of the restaurant etc. and took a photo of how dark the car park was at night and how the sign was not seen in the dark that night. However the appeal was still rejected after all of this and I had to pay, needless to say it became a very expensive night indeed. I can't believe no staff member made us aware of this as we thought nothing of it until the parking fine arrived by post. I have since spread the word all around town about this incident and people who know the restaurant are equally as baffled and disappointed by this I won't be...
Read moreHave just come back from our Christmas Day meal. Unfortunately it was totally unorganised and we feel let down by the whole day. We were booked in at 3pm, a table of 12 and had paid a deposit. The restaurant, for whatever reason, didn’t keep tabs of who had paid their deposits so unless you had kept your receipt as proof they probably wouldn’t have known! We were made to stand outside for 20 minutes as we were told the 1pm sitting hadn’t finished, luckily it wasn’t raining or this would have been even more of a downer. We sat down about 3.25pm and weren’t given our starters till gone 4pm, we were clock watching as we knew they had a 5pm sitting. We had only just received our main courses when the 5pm sitting arrived and there was grumbling and some arguments occurring between those already seated and those waiting. It was 5.30pm when we were asked if we could do them a ‘favour’ and get our desserts to go?! Rather than sit at the table and eat them. Bearing in mind we had paid for a set menu. Having been so let down with the whole experience we paid and left without desserts. Per adult the day, including deposit was around £40. Which for a starter and main and an option for a dessert ‘to go’ left everyone stressed, flustered and rushed. It can’t have been their first year hosting Christmas so unsure why it felt so disorganised. Have given it a 2* instead of a 1 purely down to when you do get the food it is nice but unfortunately I wouldn’t pay for that experience again and hope they change it in...
