Steak House Grill — Restaurant in Bolton

Ordered a steak and chips over the phone. Specifically asked for it to be plain with nothing on the steak. Picking the order up I noticed that the steak being prepared was reddish in colour. I asked if that is plain, kid with a Man Utd too replied it’s mild. I replied is it not plain, again he replied it’s mild. I even tasted the steak and did find it was spicy. Then trying to school me on different levels of heat. I then proceeded to tell the kid well that’s fine but if someone wants it plain and no spice on it, what do you do. His reply was we control the spice level. The steak is placed on the grill without any spice on it so why not keep it that way as the customer has asked? Sloppy service Sloppy staff Sloppy food

Absolutely amazing service. I have customer service qualifications and I can say that the service that was provided was one of the best I have had in a takeaway. We can im to collect our food and wanted to add to our order and the man on the till was very happy to add this on without any questions. He also said that he will come to my car to let me know when the food was ready. When I was unsure what sauces my family wanted he made a brilliant suggestion to give me a bag with lots of sauces to take. He also used the kind of vocabulary which would be at my level. Ordered a large pizza from this take away , the pizza was eaten by my little children, and family members, when I realised after looking at the bottom of my spice there was green mould, spots of mould everywhere. I was horrified I rang the take away, they were totally outrageous, he only offered me another pizza. Why would anyone eat from the same place again. I requested a refund and asked them to come and take the left over pizza so they can see for themselves, but they couldn't care less.
