I rang to order food for delivery and had an inkling something wasn’t correct so I called back to re check my order as the girl who took it originally seemed vacant / distant I rang back to query the bill and she passed me straight to a male who persisted to talk over me and obviously didn’t even check the order !! It arrived and guess what it’s wrong!! New girl vacant, not her fault. No salad on naans as requested. We got cheesy chips that were not ordered so obviously someone else’s order! Just ordered from turkish delight I have known this place since they first ever opened and I feel really disappointed right now we ordered a cheese and tomato garlic bread, cheesy chips and 6 chicken strips and they brought the garlic bread and cheesy chips but not the chicken strips so we rang to let them know they said they'd call us back in about ten minutes and they never did we tried calling back a number of times and there just ignoring the phone not professional in the slightest the main thing we were both looking forward to was the strips and they were also the most expensive out the 3 things we ordered they still charge us but don't bring the strips... terrible I'm not happy with how they...
