The Gallery Wine Bar @ Booths — Restaurant in Borough of Fylde

What a shame took 3 friends for afternoon lunch because i recommended Gallery so disappointed staff were too busy talking, had to wave to get attention which is something i never do.... Ordered two platters to find the portions was so small i was embarrassed then asked for other booths produce said they dont do anymore order wine several bottles to find out they didn't have same and when i looked at price of platters it was really disappointing what a shame its such i shame its not run efficiently because it is a fabulous venue the food started off so lovely when it first opened the place could be a gold mind events and...

Why oh why ?? Price increase quality and choice reduced. After developing an excellent menu of platters which was proving popular with established customers you decide to change whats on offer by reducing quantity and increasing prices. Price increases are understandable but reducing what is offered in each platter is disappointing to say the least. Staff and service excellent as usual but sad to see how they have to to explain and try to justify to disappointed customers the changes that...

Sorry, but the limited menu, £7 corkage and staff who appear to not understand basic requests/get wine ordered wrong when there are only 2 tables occupied point to a resounding NO from us. Also, the staff in the cafe didn't seem to understand English and when asked about offers just continually pointed to the overhead signs even though our question was not answered with any of the signs.
