Empire House — Restaurant in Borough of Runnymede

Been coming here for 5 years and the service has become progressively worse. I have always edged on going else where. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. I pre ordered to collect and arrived 15 minutes early. I explained I was early but was happy to wait until the correct time. After this someone behind me ordered. Half an hour later and now 15 minutes past my collection time the people who did not pre-order and also ordered after me where asked to collect they're dinner. I then watched as the man behind the counter packed my dinner into a bag. Next I watched the lady behind the counter un pack this bag and then re pack the contents for a reason I do not know as the contents remained the same. I explained all of what had just happened to the lady and was met with a shrug of the shoulders. As I walked away a meaningless 'sorry' was uttered. My collection time has continued to progressively go well beyond the time stated, the phone calls are always abrupt......Time to trial some new...

We had taken tom yum soup, house special noodles and thai green curry from that restuarant last week for the first time. Out of those, noodles were good. But thai green curry and tom yum soup were sweet like sugary drinks. They have poured so much sugar basically u can't have it. Don't know how they sell it to customers without tasting it By themselves. We could not eat those two and had to cook at home. We had those two dishes from other thai eateries and never had...

I’ve ordered from this Chinese for as long as I can remember our last order was £72 we were over charged so I rang to complain I spoke to a man who said he was the manager which turns out he was lieing then spoke to a woman who said we are busy give us your name and number and we will ring you back they never did our order took an hour and a half to come no apologies just a well we will be there when we are ready absolutely disgusting service will never...
