Absolutely awful service! Second time i have been here, i went to queue for a drink, the bartender literally served all the guys that came after me first, and when I challenged her, her response was, another staff member had gone home sick! I can understand shortages of staff but not the fact she was serving all the guys befre me first! When i asked to speak to a manager, he approached and immediately accused me of being “aggressive”! To which 3 other people who were also waiting to be served said they had also been waiting a while to be served for longer?! The manager continued asked me to “calm down” whilst i was simply trying to explain the frustration of being kept waiting to be served and seeing others who clearly arrived after me to be served! Absolutely atrocious! The most frustrating part was being sober and being treated like the drunks that were being served before me! There is absolutely no system at the bar, and as a customer to hear how short staffed she was ! Extremely disappointed at the fact that this is the local to my workplace and to be treated as if we did not belong! Truly shocking! Ordered food very early on in the evening also, and was not asked if anything further was needed once the food was dumped on the table and was not cleaned until 2 and half hours later! Disgusting service and the loos smelt as of it was not cleaned in a decade! Will Definitely not he attending again! Disgusting.... !

IF YOU ARE HERE BECAUSE YOU'RE CONSIDERING ORDERING FROM BURRITO BANDITS, DON'T DO IT!

Writing this here as there is no other way to get a hold of or review Burrito Bandits. After literally having to track you down through the Food Standards Agency, I finally found out who was responsible for the WORST FOOD I have ever had.

THE worst Mexican food. No, worst food we have EVER ordered. £60 down the drain, two wrong drinks—we wanted Fanta. A whole meal missing, so one of us is still hungry. However, the unfortunate souls of us who did receive their COLD food had to eat burritos filled with 95% plain unseasoned rice. There was no meat to be found in them—I had one tiny shred of chicken in the entire thing, I couldn't believe it. The loaded nachos were dry and stale with pretty much two refried beans. Oil-drenched stale caramel-filled "churros" which I am certain taste just like Aldi's own brand. I can't even make this up. The best part about this terrible meal was the fries (unseasoned, by the way). This was meant to be a really rare treat for the family, and it was SO SO BAD. Literally, my dog wouldn't eat it.

We all know the saying "anything is better than nothing"? Well, looking back at this terrible food, we all agree we would rather have had nothing.

You guys ruined my day. (Am I dramatic? Maybe. But nothing is worse than spending your hard-earned money on bad takeaway.)

Also, YES, I did absolutely get a partial refund of over £30 because even Just Eat couldn't make up an excuse...
