Ok. The coffee etc is the usual standard but the staffing? SO slowwwww. Never enough staff and when you think we pay c£4 for a drink it’s a joke.

I’ve stood in line for 10 minutes with three people in front of me and there’s no sense of urgency from the employees.

I don’t know who owns the franchise but with 2-3 staff only working on a Friday pm it’s a joke. No wonder your staff look demotivated.

Update. The owner obviously doesn’t read the reviews. I’m back again today and … less staff!! Seriously?!? Sunday and a queue of 9 and three staff on....

Starbucks inside of Sainsbury's in Staines. Rude and abusive to disabled people. My husband was ordering and I became dizzy and had to sit down in a chair away from everyone else. Some tacky blonde employee told me I couldn't sit there and I explained that I was disabled and dizzy and she rudely said," excuse me", I repeated that I was dizzy and disabled and she said, "well, you can't sit here."" Then rolled her eyes. I buy coffee from this shop 4 times a week. Never again. You won't see one penny...
