I’m answering to your rude comment on my review (jeangollo). I am attaching the picture of your impolite and obnoxious comment for people to see what an horrible place you are running. I am not acting like a “health and safety agent” and I don’t appreciate being insulted in your cafe of online because you have no much vocabulary to express yourself and that you aren’t aware of the legislation (the council will remind you with a proper health and safety agent, let’s see how that goes) But here are some legal clarifications from a health and safety trained professional:

There is 14 allergens and Food businesses need to tell customers if any food they provide contain any of the listed allergens as an ingredient. Specifically if they ask you to see the allergens listed for a payed order after you refuse to list orally the allergens. Consumers may be allergic or have intolerance to other ingredients, but only the 14 allergens are required to be declared as allergens by food law.

Refusing me to look at the allergens, I have left my order that I had payed for! This is a scam and your attitude is unlawful in so many points. You’ll hear from the authorities and I have your comment to prove how rude you were. Great service! The waitress who took my order was attentive and took her time explaining the menu, especially when I asked about halal options. I ended up choosing item 11, which came with delicious halal beef sausages. The two eggs were perfectly cooked, and the yolk had a great flavor. The latte came in a large cup and was included with the meal. My friend had a baguette. I felt totally stuffed afterward! Staff are very rude. I was collecting a delivery order and a man started yelling at me. I explained him that Uber assigned my 2 pickups but he kept yelling and then later gave me a thumbs down in-spite of knowing that every single review affect my earnings. Will never step here again. I have been a customer as well at this cafe and the food is substandard but I never wanted to give a bad review until they gave me one. At least if he would have listened he would have realised that Uber assigning me 2 orders is not my fault and I need to take everything I get as it’s gig based.
