What a shame your staff are so disgustingly rude. We have had poor experiences here before but haven't been here for a while now. We went through the drive through today and ordered two drinks. That's it. One was free on my app.
You had who I think is a new guy Jonathan? Anyway he was great. Didn't rush, was polite, and you could see he was trying to work hard. But the other ladies in your store were so extremely judgemental of him when there was an issue with our free drink. Not Jonathan's fault, it was an app fault. But the lady who came to help him was rolling her eyes, the other lady didn't speak a word to him, but instead just looked at him behind his back like she wanted him gone.
You seriously need an environment change in this store. Get rid of those god awful female members of staff ( one was quite short, maybe a manager? And the other I have no idea as she wasn't wearing her badge ) who were rude, judgemental and unwelcoming, and get more people in like Jonathan. I won't be coming back or buying from here until that happens.
In the meantime time, we will be taking our business to Starbucks up the road who are consistently polite, very welcoming, great coffee and always treat our dog to a pupachino without issue ( sometimes even two! ) where as Costa always charges us.

While I love Costa's drinks and visit often, this particular location gets my order wrong about 70% of the time when I use the drive-thru, YES 70%. It feels like they donāt listen properly and are always rushing you through your order, which leads to mistakes.
Considering Costa isnāt cheap, I expect a much higher level of service. When you're paying for premium coffee, you expect your order to be correct and the experience to be smooth, not rushed or frustrating. Interestingly, when I go inside the store, the staff generally get my order right. Itās clear the drive-thru team could really benefit from focusing more on customer service and accuracy.
I hope they make improvements soon because I really want to keep enjoying Costa here without the constant...

Called the shop to advise them to mention this to their customers as an extra service at the till but wasnāt a suggestion the Manager Edgemar sorry if I got the name spelt wrongly, of this store wasnāt ready to take it on. Itās not worth going here to spend money and then pay even 5 times the money already spent on a parking charge. Find a more customer friendly restaurant that has the customer at heart.
