couple of negative experiences of a particular bone -idle member of staff has dampened my expectations of sittingbourne KFC, one time i went through dri thru, waited at the microphone for a good few minutes was ignored so pulled forward to the window, when i got there SAID LADY told me some rubbish about the computer says no and that they can't take the order at the window (they could because the lady on the headset was right behind her), they were either just being lazy or stupid.... i wasn't going to rejoin the stupid long que... so walked instead and placed my order.... another going through drive thru, my bag of food was handed to me by same SAID LADY with the bottom of the bag wet with some white liquidy mess, i asked them to double-bag the food, to which i was met with a pissed off expression... i make no apology for my indecent language, i think it serves better for customers and management alike to get a feel for the experiences i've had... all 1st world problems granted... but irritating all the same... food can be good... just be weary couple of the staff that work their can...
Read moreDo not deserve even one star for the service I received couple of weeks ago when I was waiting in the drive through. There were 4 cars in front of me. I'm not exagerrating, I queued up for more than an hour. Then I realised the speaker at the drive through was not working. Why didn't they close the drive-through if it was not working. Each customer was placing the order at the window. They took min 20 minutes to serve each customer. Then another customer hold the queue for more than 30 minutes himself because he was told there was only burger and no chicken when he reached the counter. Unbelievable and shocking service. I was told I need to wait another 20 minutes If I need chicken. Or else I will have just get a burger meal. I had a child in my car who was just waiting for the chicken for more than an hour. We couldn't reverse because there were other cars behind us and it was not possible while we were waiting. Why didn't a staff member came out and explained the situation to the people who are waiting. They didn't care and no apologies....
Read moreVisited the drive thru on Saturday 4th January at around 2pm and ordered 2 Twister wrap meals. We were asked to park up and wait for it to be cooked - we waited 15 minutes before going into the shop to see if we'd been forgotten. One female member of staff completely ignored us waiting for attention at the counter and continued packing bags at a snails pace... One male member of staff was rushed off his feet literally running to and fro behind the counter. We eventually received our meals 25 minutes after ordering. Luckily, the food was pretty good so we soon got over the fact that it wasn't the quick bite to eat we wanted. However, I'm pretty annoyed on behalf of your staff, KFC. Earning minimum wage in food services to be short staffed and stressed out with zero support from management is not cool. If your store is short staffed, you should not allow delivery orders as they seemed to take priority over the dozens of customers coming in from the drive thru to chase up...
