McDonald's — Restaurant in Borough of Swale

When I ordered at the drive through, they rush you and always assume things, I ordered a cheese burger happy meal for my younger sister and I specifically said just cheese and ketchup, when I come to open it and find they put no ketchup in it, her chips were cold and soft and her lemonade tasted like soda water. When it came to my chicken legand meal, I had the same problem with my chips, my chicken didn’t look like it was cooked, it was pink inside, the lettuce was old and was a gone off colour and the bun was hard. My fiancé ordered the 3 chicken select meal and his chips were the same as mine, his chicken looked over cooked as it was hard and tough, and they never gave him the sauce that he specially asked for. In my honest opinion I think that the McDonald’s in sheerness need to have a good look at what they are serving people because I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog!! They have no respect for people. Stopped using McDonald's about a year ago as I was fed up paying for cold dry food that had just been thrown into a box & when using the drive through you get the added bonus of something missing, 1 year on & nothing has changed apart from you now have to wait in terms car park because they can't make it quick enough so you site there with your drink & / or ice cream getting warm or melting, so I'm now sat at home with big & tasty which is flat tastless & cold but at least they managed to get it in the bun so not all bad, fries no change there dry & cold, now for he item I was looking forwards to the chilli nuggets little bit of a kick o not bad batter over cooked & dry & surprise surprise no chilli dip but at least they are consistent the were cold, so I'm done with using McDonald's if they can't be asked to make there product more appealing then I won't waist my...

My wife went to this McDonald’s ordered the food, when given the food she was told she have to wait for the drinks(milkshake) my wife nicely asked if they could keep the food warm waiting and told by the the manager NO she could not do that so basically does not care about customer care just take your money, frankly I am disappointed on this attitude given from the management team within the McDonald’s group my wife did not ask much just to keep the food warm while waiting for drinks to come out her , very disappointing I shall not be returning to this site and will be reporting this to McDonald’s head...
