I haven't been here in years. I definitely will not be going back. Where do I begin First impression the place was quiet, hardly no food out on the buffet. The check to charge £5 if you don't finish your meal. I've never known a place to do this. If you're full, you're full. It's an unlimited buffer, but they think it fair to charge you £5 if you waste food.
The first time I went up had some nibble bits, and then the second time I went up, I got chicken bits of food. Chicken nuggets, chicken noodles, and chicken curry. As I bit into my chicken from my chicken curry, I spat it straight out( I know, not a good manner in a restaurant). The chicken wasn't cooked. I made a complaint, and the team member was arguing with me. I would have taken a photo, but they grabbed the plate before I could. They went to the chef in the kitchen, and the staff member came back and said it is cooked, and its been checked with temperature and temperature is cooked from 65c. I was like 65'c all food must be served from 75'c and above. I work in hospitality, and I work with food too, and I know that 75'c is cooking temperature no wonder why the meat was not cooked correctly. He went back to the kitchen, and the chef took no responsibility for his own action. Undercooked food can seriously make people ill. I was offered no refund and only asked if I wanted anything else. I replied no thank you."" I am put off by your food." I had then just dessert, and that just tasted stale. I wasn't happy with the services at all. Me and friend was there for about 35 minutes. We left after all this happened. We went home and had some light snacks as we were still hungry. I will not recommend or return to this restaurant.
If you want a really nice unlimited buffet restaurant, you should try Songs in Chatham. The food is amazing, with a great atmosphere, amazing staff and the food is delicious. I've been there twice this year. I'm going again in...
Read moreI placed a large order with this Chinese takeaway for a family celebration. Over an hour after the estimated delivery time, I contacted the restaurant for an update. I was then informed that the food had been delivered to the wrong address. The manager that I spoke with on the phone said the driver had delivered to the wrong address and did not follow the delivery instructions which stated “please call when you are outside”.
I was then told by the manger that due to the drivers error he would replace the food and send the driver out immediately with a fresh order. I was told this would be 20 minutes. A short while after this phone call, I was called and said that I must cancel the order as they had already given the food out and will not be cooking it again despite the error falling with their company.
Seconds later, I received a text saying order cancelled. This was over 2 hours since I originally placed my order.
Over the phone, the manager was rude and dismissive, showing poor customer service skills. He offered no apology or any attempt to rectify their mistake.

Made to feel uncomfortable, othwr than thos it was a clean restaurant, personally I wouldn't go again. If restaurant has posters on wall that we all clearly see there is no need for staff to comment and watch everything we do, we are adults and are clearly not silly enough to waste alot of food. My teenagers also knew not to do this as well, my mum is a regular customer and knows not to waste food so I can't see why u would tell us and follow us around and keep watching us eating.
