Watched the woman making my bacon and sausage bagette this morning. She went from the till to the rolls with bare hands, she then handled the roll with her bare unwashed hands, dropping a sausage onto the counter top. I couldn't believe what I saw next. She picked the sausage up and placed it iny roll!! I told her I'd seen what had happened, so she made another with her unwashed hands. Greggs is always good for a quick hot snack at a reasonable price . It's not a health food store - nor is it haute cuisine , but it doesn't pretend to be .
