Super Pizza — Restaurant in Borough of Swale

Ordered from Super Pizza in Sittingbourne this evening as a effort reward for my son. He’s a bit of a finicky eater due to his Autism but he does enjoy theirs. I’m never rude or impatient when it comes to late deliveries, we always tip drivers and are polite and grateful… the usual.

Unfortunately tonight the 2 pizzas ordered were switched, the stuffed crust and extra cheese was on the wrong pizza. Wouldn’t be an issue except the other pizza had a lot of toppings he simply cannot eat. Called to explain and was told I’d be given ‘a little discount on my next order’ I politely explained that I’d paid for two. One couldn’t be eaten, the other wasn’t what I’d paid for. So again, politely said a “little discount” was far from ideal. He cut me off saying the only difference was cheese despite explaining the Autism he then hung up and wouldn’t answer when I called back. The call was recorded in case it’s suggested I was in any way rude. I wasn’t.

Terrible, just ordered one of the special offers through their app. This was meant to be 2x medium pizzas, 1x portion of wedges, 1x garlic bread and cookies. This showed up as £21.99 with delivery and service processing fee was £25.

What arrived was just 2x 10" pizzas, when we called to question the order, the person on the other end of the phone just kept saying my order just shows pizza.

Even though the app shows the special deal on previous orders.

Rude staff and to be fair the pizza was pretty toss too.

I’m not sure how this place has so many good reviews! As my experience was absolutely horrible! My pizza was dripping with grease, the wedges weren’t cooked properly, and the chips tasted horrible and soggy , garlic bread was burnt on the edges and also tasted greasy, so all in all I spent £23.00 on my meal was meal for 1 got a drink chips wedges and a pizza and 4 garlic bread pieces not to mention took them 1 hour and 35 minutes to get to me I’m 15 minutes away from the restaurant driving ….
