Not a great evening for food so wouldn't recommend. Went to celebrate friend forthcoming marriage. A good start, greeted and shown upstairs. Sadly the evening went downhill from there. Starters were cold. There were some pregnant ladies in our group so hope we don't get ill from under cooked food. I know the group was large, but surely it's just like having a full restaurant. Ok. Everyone makes mistakes but then drinks were disgusting. I ordered lime and lemonade and got served soda and hint of lime. Informed staff only to have same drink returned to me with bit more lime added. Complained again then eventually got correct drink after 3 attempts. Friends ordered jug of tequila sunrise which was undrinkable and returned it. Then before mains were served owner came and informed all people having steak, it would all be cooked medium as too many to cook to individual needs. I was quite upset because surely we are paying for our food to be cooked to our taste. Obviously not! Not a good example to set for his staff. Then friends plate was dirty and had to be returned. When I did get my main steak, which was overcooked to my liking. I had no steak knife and was unable to cut with normal cutlery. I had to ask for steak knife, so then had to wait whilst they then served all people eating steak the correct cutlery. Overall a very eventful night with lots of mistakes made. It was the first time visiting restaurant and was going to be bringing my family back but after this dire experience I highly doubt that will be happening. If the management can't cope to cooking to everyones tastes, don't accept such a large party booking. I do not recommend and I can safely say I am not the only one of the party of 20 who will not be returning. It is such a shame that a could be perfect restaurant in sittingbourne can make so many mistakes. Shame on you...

I can’t comment on atmosphere because we had a delivery. But from the moment I called the restaurant to the moment it was delivered it was a shambles. This was our first time ordering and using the 25% welcome discount. I double checked we could use this over the phone before ordering and it was confirmed. I worked out our order before the discount would be £30.50. We ordered x1 lamb korma, x1 lamb madras, x2 keema rice, x1 onion bhaji and x1 keema naan. Told 15-20 mins. Our order was repeated back to us and he said it’ll be £28. I questioned if that was with the 25% discount and he said yes. So I assumed maybe a hefty delivery fee or the menu prices were incorrect? Anyway, as you can see from the receipt (I cut off my address) the order was completely wrong and charged at £23.61 (we paid £28 cash). It took nearly an hour to arrive. We called back to query our missing items and that we received the wrong curry’s. The lamb korma was chicken and the madras was something completely different, no bhajis and a missing rice. We were told 10 minutes and very sorry. 20-25 minutes passed and this is now ridiculous. Also, every time we called and the person on the other end would say “I’ll double check to is for you” would hang up each time and not return the call so we had to call again. They eventually blocked our numbers! 2 hours ish from the initial phone call to order the rest of our order arrived with a complimentary “sorry” can of coke. The food was actually very bland and we didn’t finish it. Never ever again. Poor service, poor food and poorly organised. Yes we tried to address this over the phone. And, to be fair, they asked us to leave a review … so...

We waited for over an hour for the food to be delivered, despite being informed of an earlier delivery time. When the food did eventually arrive, the first problem was instantly apparent as one of the diners was immediately ill following the consumption of onions, despite the order note stating that due to allergies, we would like to request that this component is not included. The fajita orders were then discovered to be incorrect as we only received half of the combination that we asked for. I took the food straight back to the restaurant only to first be told that there definitely wasn't any onion in the burger, regardless of the currently vomiting diner in our bathroom. This then led to a very half-baked apology about the incorrect fajitas, with the chef saying that he must have forgotten as he had cooked however many orders that night. At risk of sounding pompous, to the chef I would ask "Is that not your job?" Terrible customer service throughout, which is a shame as the food itself is usually quite nice; having eaten there a few times before I can only say that disappointed doesn't...

Our first visit was just after the lockdown period at the beginning of July for my birthday - had a lovely experience, amazing food and drink, really polite, helpful staff (restaurant was empty when we arrived at 6pm) Because of our good experience we visited again recently, but slightly disappointed this time round.. We were called at 9:45pm the evening before we were due to eat here, to be asked to confirm our table of 6 adults. It was infact a table of 2 adults, 2 children and an infant we had booked... To immediately be told they could no longer give us our time slot (we had booked two weeks in advance!) This was during the "eat out to help out" scheme, so we could only assume the owner saw a potential larger bill from a table of 6 adults than our table. However, we were kindly told to rebook with them on any day of our choice and they would still honour the scheme for us. Hasn't really put us off, would probably visit again.

I would be very careful when dining out in this restaurant as we was overcharged massively, We had a two course meal which you are given a choice of a drink, starters, main course and sides for the price £18.50 Monday to Thursday evening So we ordered two of them with a sprite separately. And as you can see, we was overcharged and charged for a 3 course meal which will include a deer which we did not have and also charged for two drinks. When we went back into complain, he did not offer any refund. All he gave us was a can of Diet Coke, which is a shame because the restaurant was really nice with the food but I will not be returning due to lack of respect to customers. So I would be very careful if you are thinking about trying this restaurant as they do like to overcharge people.
