Mr Nitro's Ice Cream & Desserts (Cleveleys) — Restaurant in Borough of Wyre

Went in and placed order, there was a group of 6 people that ordered after us, as to which they got served before us and left, 2 more people came in and ordered and received there order then left, the staff were unfriendly, didn’t say anything like “sorry about your wait”. The staff was 2 young boys not washing their hands in between stations or wearing gloves. Even as far as touching their nose and the shop screen to order and going to make food without sanitiser, gloves or washing their hands, truly unhygienic. Very disappointing considering even after that they still hadn’t even started making our milkshakes and seems they had just forgot! Disappointed and won’t be going back! Today I ordered cookies with ice cream, the service was terrible and I was treated by the manager in a very rude way. The cookies arrived on cooked and the ice cream came with a hair on it, they also took a while to deliver it. I called the restaurant about the hair in the ice cream and the manager denied that the hair belonged to some of his or her employees. I asked for a refund and he only offered to give me another ice cream which I logically did not accept. Very disappointed as know that they have quite a few outlets in the area and are popular but I felt like it was very poor. Had to wait a long time to be served but the shop was only quiet and the staff member didn't acknowledge us at all to make us feel better. When the desserts did arrive, the wafers were stale, ice cream was nothing special and the whole sundaes and ice creams tasted pretty bland and plain. Certainly not good value for money at all, especially considering the cost. The outside seating area was lovely and new and looked incredible but it features no bins and was full of litter already.
