Burger King — Restaurant in Boston

I walked into burgerking today, full of excitement as I've not had a whopper in a few years, and I could audibly hear the echo of my own disappointment, as there were no people anywhere to be seen. Yet somehow, it took 2 minutes of waiting before any of the staff even acknowledged my existence. After a very price financial hostage situation of an order (overpriced food), I was looking forward to digging in, went to walk out the building with food in tow, and SPLAT. My burger falls out if the bag, and lays on the flood dealer than the atmosphere of the so called restaurant. Unbewitched by this, I picked it up, threw it away, and ordered another. Made to feel like it was my own negligence that caused this issue, and having to pay full price for the replacement burger... of which was very delicious.. The customer service was quite the experience though, the staff member who took my order had the enthusiasm of a dying horse after discovering it broke its leg, and overall I feel like I would have had a more enjoyable meal time experience if I chewed my own arm off, and shared it...

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in a Burger King, it started off so well as my small order (two basic burger meals) was taken promptly. It started to go downhill when we looked for a table, there was at least 20 available tables but only 2 that were clean enough to sit at as all the others still had evidence of other diner's meals, this was not addressed during the entire time we were there. There was then a 20 minute wait for our food to arrive as the staff were more concerned about completing online orders rather than keep the customers in the restaurant serviced. My wife then went to use the bathroom only to find no loo roll in the only usable stall, the other apparently resembled the bathroom in "Trainspotting"!! It amazes me how one place could be ran with such a lack of basic hygiene and poor customer service can still be...

Burger King can vary in quality - and usually those franchises in service areas are among the worst. I feared this might be ‘a bad one’ since it is just off the A16 by a Roundabout but not at all. Very clean inside and friendly staff who were a pleasure to deal with. I ordered in store but used the BK App and saved some money doing so. The chips were hot, the burger too. My only issues is the salad was kept refrigerated and so was very cold and made for an odd situation of hot beef patty, with cold tomato, lettuce and mayo. Sat down (only two others eating in) and here is a thing, it was heated! How many locations do you go to these days who are saving money leaving the restaurant area cold.
