Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

Was so pleased when I found out Boston was getting a Papa Johns, as usually its Grantham we use. But we were so disappointed. We ordered two extra special garlic sauces but they were not in the order, even though it clearly stated on the label two extra had been ordered. I opened the boxes to find two barbecue sauces instead of the special garlic sauces you would normally get with each pizza. The pizza was chewy and quite tasteless. The hot buffalo wings didn't have any spice to them. We couldn't just drive back as we live twenty minutes away. The cinnamon scrolls had next to no icing on and over cooked. So from now on we will continue to drive the extra distance to Grantham. This place is very hit and miss. Ordered the bee sting bites a few times. Every time they forget the honey drizzle. Pizzas can either be over cooked or perfect. Seems the staff like to go on smoke breaks at the same time as well. Pizza dough is clearly overworked as it makes the pizza chewy. I can make better fluffy dough...

I would give Jordan 5 stars for outstanding customer service. We ordered a meal deal and asked for the curry pizza with no onions no peppers no yoghurt and when it came it had chilli peppers on it which was a misunderstanding as when we said no peppers we meant no green peppers and no chilli peppers! The pizza was for our grandson who obviously didn’t want hot peppers on his pizza and Jordan was fabulous and appreciated the situation and offered to redo the pizza for my grandson but unfortunately he was overruled by Kieron and told not to and so we didn’t get the pizza replaced. Absolutely brilliant. My son has several food allergies and I called to make an order. A young man named Kiran went above and beyond to che ck and ensure it was cooked in a safe way with different utilities. The pizza looked and tastesd amazing. You could see someone took the ttime maling it look good even. When I went to pick they were all very friendly and the place saw so clean. I'm very greatful for the service and as someone who always finds it hard to find restaurants that can cater for our needs, I have to say for food allergies I would highly recommend coming here.
