Greggs — Restaurant in Boston

I have been into this store previously and had excellent service, but when I went in at around 12.45pm on 13/04/21, I was served by a young man who showed no kindness or good customer service. I asked for 4 vegan sausage rolls, he said there was only three left and i would be charged the same amount of £3 for them...he made no offer to cook any more up and was quite rude. In the end I had to ask him to cook more up, so I could have the offer of 4 for £3, he begrudgingly did this and I got my 4 vegan sausage rolls in the end.

His customer service skills were lacking and he made no attempt to be helpful. Like I said previously, other staff at this branch have been superb and my experience has been the exact opposite. Just a shame this young man let...

Ordered via just eat, food came, nothing we ordered was in the bag so rightly refused delivery.

The driver took away yet must have clicked delivered so showed delivered in my account.

Shop or driver won't take responsibility.

Shop said this was the 5th mistake today, says a lot.

Maybe stop the just eat service, get staff to pick right or just eat drivers that can do a job properly and actually have manners.

Deffo don't trust the just eat driver as he said food delivered and wasn't, so probably kept £28 worth of order.

Thank you for a shocking service.

By the way this was the 4th order on the trot had an error.

Shocking visit. Not an avid fan of greggs but I was in the area for the first time and asked for a breakfast baguette. To my shock and horror they do not use gloves! The guy before me paid cash, then the lady proceeded to handle the baguette with her bare hands, stuff the bacon egg & sausage with her hands after using a spatula to get it out then ketchup holding the baguette open with her hands. That’s disgusting. She then used the till, took my cash and carried on with the next guy. Imagine the germs! I dare not to eat it so I chucked it away & went to McDonald’s, at least they wear gloves...
