Staff are friendly and dogs are allowed. There is a decent vegan menu but there wasn't much in stock when we went (Saturday lunchtime), the choice was salad, which was delicious. The latte was very bland, I could have asked them to leave the coffee out and I wouldn't have noticed. It is a drive through on a partially built estate which partly explains the complete lack of atmosphere but the very low seating and very 1970s diner feel isn't very relaxing. Was disappointed to be given plastic cutlery even tho I was eating in, not the fault of the staff, it was what the franchise supplied; given all the adverse publicity about plastic pollution I think they've missed a trick there. Well 1 week on and the word must have been" Hazelnut" 😠 Come on Starbucks, if 5 mins away they can make the delectable Biscotti wonder... Why cant you????
