McDonald's — Restaurant in Boston

No wonder McDonald's has seen a 1% downturn in customers globally when the food and service are absolutely shocking. This particular branch is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and they are basically thieves. You don't get what you paid for at all, whether in the quality you're promised or the actual items you've paid for. Ordered nuggets, didn't get them. Ordered other side items, didn't get them. Ordered a triple cheeseburger, got a single. Ordered a drink, only half full. Out of the 8 items I ordered I only received 5 of them and didn't realise until I was home. Was it my fault for not checking? Yes. But how do the employees not pack all of the items into a bag before they pass it to the customer when they have the list on a screen in front of them?! Then you try to call but what's the point of listing a phone number when you don't have anyone to even answer it? Basically you're a scam and you should be shut down for taking people's money and not giving them what they paid for. If you want to make it right, refund my entire order and then close yourselves down. Honestly this restaurant deserves less than one star and...

Usually don’t leave reviews but I’m astonished at the lack of poor customer service from this particular gentleman. I went into the drive through around 10:50pm to order a caramel iced frappe, we told by a gentleman that it was not available to order. Sadly I have been lied to before about this so I checked the app and the app was still showing available. I pulled into the car park, and went into the same branch and ordered one straight from the screen and was served it. I understand it was late and machines often get switched off once they go into cleaning mode. However this employee lied to straight to my face and was infact able to serve this to me. Such a shame establishments have to be let down by poor customer service such as this. As far as McDonald's goes, this is the best restaurant we have been to. It's always clean and well stocked for dips, napkins etc. Most of all every meal we have from here is always hot which strangely is a perk. If you have experienced McDonald's you know that hot food appears to be optional in some restaurants. It always tastes fresh and we always get what we ordered. I know the positives on this review seem odd but I'm comparing it to other McDonald's I've experienced and getting hot fresh food without missing items is a novelty. The only downside to this restaurant is that it's lacking in parking spaces. If you go here at peak times, expect to use the drive thru as there likely won't be...
