Mukadas Takeaway — Restaurant in Bradford

I came to this restaurant having been disappointed by bradfords hyped places like pind and international (the latter allows customers to bring own alcohol too ) . Bradford is over 100 miles drive for me so you want foid to be spot on . Having just finished my meal. I can say the Meat Curry and roti was exceptionally high by Bradford standards. Meat was well cooked , colour spot on and tasted of home cooking almost . The blend of spices integrated well into the curry and you could taste the different spices individually on your tongue and there was no blandness like other institutions . This is desi cooking for the desi market. I can honestly say the customer service was exceptional the chap I spoke to (Sharmez) was so polite welcoming and went out of his way to make me comfortable like a manager at a top London Restaurant dealing with a friend or VIP. Felt at home asked my feedback. This is more a cafe diner with a simple not flash seating upstairs for 16 odd people. If you want to find out for the good quality this is the place good was fresh roti was really big and generous portions to say the least. He gave me so many napkins at others I have to ask...
