Lorenzo's Pizza & Grill — Restaurant in Bradford

Ordered from them to see what they are like and unfortunately i normally judge a pizza place by their Garlic Margarita, but i didn't have to as reading orders placed seemed to be very difficult for them. I ordered 3 x 12" pizza: Garlic Margarita, Milano (Stuffed Crust) and Pepperoni pizzas. So the Garlic Margarita was ok, but not very garlicky, but also not very greasy, so i guess they don't use garlic butter. Milano was not too bad tasting, but one massive down fall was they didn't give me stuffed crust, although i paid £1.50 extra for it (this is where they obviously can't read orders correctly). Pepperoni, it seemed to be a deeper base than the other two, so i thought that they had given the stuffed crust on this one, but they hadn't, it was just a deeper.....for some reason and who knows why?! Overall the Pizzas were fairly bland for a pizza and grill takeaway and i will not be ordering the pizzas...

Absolutely disgusted !! We have used your takeaway since you opened and did not expect the vile service you displayed tonight . Not only did we not receive the free donner kebab for spending more than £14, but the food we ordered was cold upon arrival . When we phoned to ask for it to be replaced we were met with a nasty attitude and were told that its not their fault ,: very argumentative and then hung up on us !!! I shall be reporting you to Just Eat personally and Enviromental Health . New management is...

Absolutely digested with the owner Not helpful at all sent me a special kebab with half the cold ingredients no sauces or salad and had the balls to get arrogant when I complained Avoid at all...
