Ordered food 5.52, rang at 7 as no food arrived to be told it was on way, already 10 mins late, was told it would be with us 3-4 mins,rang again 7.15 to be told should be with us in few mins & driver hasnt got a phone.told them if food was cold it would be coming back to them. 7.25 it arrived everything was flat cold and one item missing.phoned up to complain £32 worth of food we couldnt eat. Was told they would redo order and the boss would deliver in 20 mins. 25 mins later food arrived for the driver NOT THE BOSS to wait on doorstep for all the cold food to be given back. Checked the new delivery pakora was cold, chips dry, everything else ok. Didnt enjoy it as it took 2 hours to get the food.wont be ordering from here ever again. Well just ordered from here for the first time, and will never order again. Ordered a chicken curry with chapatis, chips and chicken pakora. Order came quickly, but no chips. Called and they were supposed to be sent. It's now been 30 mins and not received, food has gone cold waiting so gone in the bin. Curry was just sauce with 6 tiny pieces of chicken. Phone is now constantly engaged, so appears taken off the hook. Not very good service and can't cook as I don't currently have a working kitchen. Very appalled at the lack of customer service from greengages balti tonight. I have phoned up to notify the shop that I only had 7 little bits of chicken in my curry and they told me that it was how it's made and that my curry has more sause in it than anything else they are forgetting I've ordered this for the last 2 years and get at least one per week.
