I actually have cravings for this for too many times than I should.

If McDonald’s had a cooler, cheekier brother, it would 100% be Mahmood’s. The food is so yummy – a little on the greasy side (in the best way 😅) – and their sauces are hands down the BEST in Bradford. Honestly, you could dip cardboard in that sauce and it would still taste good! 🔥

I’m obsessed with their new skin-on fries – they hold the flavor way better and are totally addictive. Drinks are also top tier – the passion fruit flavour is my fave, but you honestly can’t go wrong with any of them. 🥤💛

It does get super busy at night, especially on weekends, and parking is a bit of a gamble with people squeezing onto the side streets. But honestly, it’s worth the hassle when you’re craving a quick, tasty treat that won’t break the bank. 💷👌

The staff make the place even better – always welcoming, up for a laugh, and you leave feeling like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Food’s always spot on, service is chill, and vibes are great.

I come here yesterday and traveled quite a way to get to this shop. I have to be honest, it was a total disappointment. The food was not up to par at all. When I took a bite, I immediately noticed that it was stale and had lost its freshness. And to make matters worse, it was served cold. I was really looking forward to a delicious meal, but unfortunately, I ended up wasting my hard-earned money on something that didn't meet my expectations. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the quality of their food. Majority of the food ended up in the bin and to make matters worse is the owner had the audacity to put extras in for me which were 4 piece of chicken which was like chewing into rubber

Honestly can’t explain the disappointment I was in especially after being recommended this place by a friend Sadly it’s got me questioning my friendship As I don’t understand how this place could be on someone’s recommended list and not boycott list

Stop lying.

Instead of apologising, the head office is backing its employees and their mistakes. Anyone with even 1% common sense can see you’re lying. 😃 How can someone go to a restaurant and say, “I’ll only pay if I like the food”? That’s beyond ridiculous. For the public’s sake, I challenge the head office to release the CCTV footage—let people see whether we made up the scene or planted the bug in the food. Just for your ease, we were sitting at the corner table on the 1st floor. It was around 23:05 on 12th August 2025 when we found the bug. And please, release the footage with audio—I believe the public would like to see just how “respectful” your manager really was when asking us to leave. In fact, upload the entire video so the public knows the full story: Start from 23:05 at the corner table upstairs.
