Manzil Balti House — Restaurant in Bradford

Awful food borderline discusting wouldn't feed this awful mess to my dog. Ordered a margarita pizza thinking surely they can't mess this up but they somehow managed to mess up cheese, tomato and a bit of dough. The cheese was the cheapest nastiest cheese they could possibly find which says it all about this takeaway. Seemed like they just used a mountain of cheddar cheese for there pizza which is the reason why there was a pool of grease in the middle of my pizza not to mention it barely look cooked and looked like whoever made it needs a new career path. The pizza left my stomach with a cramp feeling the day after which most likely shows there lack of hygiene and cleanliness. If I was you I would stay well clear of this takeaway at all costs I don't know how they manage to get business but hey this is bradford. If I was you id look for a place that actually cares about the quality of there food this place is not "authentic" its cheap crap for estate people and its not even that cheap. All I'm saying is you don't see Italian people opening curry houses end of I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO EAT ANY MEAT FROM THESE LOT BE SAFE YOU...

We had made our order over just eat and the order said it had been confirmed and we were waiting on the restaurant to accept it! Whilst we Was checking out to pay it automatically changed our delivery time to 4:45pm 07/07/20 when we ordered at 11:20pm 06/07/20. So I rang them and explained and they told me no problem and my order would be 30 minutes and then 5 minutes later they ring me back and say they don’t have my order and they guy on the phone was rude an said we don’t have your order try again tomorrow bye! And put the phone down on me, so I rang again 3 times after that phone call and they would answer and then straight away put the phone down on me!! I wouldn’t be bothered but they also charged me for this and now we aren’t getting any food which we have paid for and I have proof of purchase on just eat and on my online...

Called for a delivery, just a few sets of starters and naan at 18:15. The guy said 30 minutes for delivery as we are 0.1 miles away by road (literally walking distance down a snicket). Called back at 19:00, he said he couldn't find the order but would check. Heard him chatting, he came back to the phone and said give him 10 minutes.

I said cancel it, he said he couldn't it was on the way and I would still need to pay. I said fine.

Called back 20 minutes later and he said he was really busy and it was just going out in a second. I said cancel it. He said yeah no worries and hung up.

Don't mind waiting for food, but being lied to about the time, then again about it being on the way and not being able to cancel is...
