Café Spice — Restaurant in Bradford

I’m a food connoisseur (independent) I’ve rated 4/5 based on the curry. Not the pizza & chips. I got a “chicken tikka masala” it was very good with the chappatis been white fluffy ones very nice and a good flour. the mint sauce which needed more mint as was too creamy with very little taste on the pallet a decent salad and 2 free popadoms so decent. I do understand it’s catering for the British (gorahs) but needed more spice even though was a standard curry it got a 4/5 very good👍🏻 now onto the pizza & chips chips.. the chips was a 5/5 very nicely cooked golden brown and nice The pizza was 0/5 very very bad/poor I couldn’t eat it “sorry” don’t get pizzas but do get the curry’s I will come back again soon to try the burgers 🍔 out.. Absolutely disgusting! Ordered from here plenty of times and never had any problems. I ordered £20.00 worth of food tonight and 2 hours late I got a phone call from the driver to say he was calling into the local Co-op and then would deliver my food. After contacting the main shop over 20 times before somebody answered I was then told I wouldn’t receive a refund and my food was on its way. After about 10 minutes they put the phone down on me! Just eat have managed to get me a refund. But the staff were extremely rude and very unprofessional! Definitely will not be ordering from these again! The owner of the shop wouldn’t even speak on the phone either! Such a shame as the food is alway so nice just takes 2...

Ordered around 27quid worth of food and drinks on a Sunday today as of review date the website which we use every time is online says the place is open yet isn't we ordered at 20:19 And never received our food we've called both numbers and no answer we understand it's Eid but please take time to alter details as we have been charged for the order and are not happy about this mistake by the restaurant as we are regulars and order once a week.

(UPDATE We got our money back but still it's important to keep the customer updated if your open or not as this can be annoying...
