I was expecting to be amazed by the service, food etc especially after seeing some of their tiktoks. But, this was far from the truth. I ordered chicken burger meal, 2 × 2 piece chicken and chips, 1 lamb donner and chips, and 1 stir fry donner and chips. Service was very poor, from placing order to receiving it, took about approx 40 min. The lady when packing everything was squashing all the boxes into 1 carrier bag, just to fit them all in. Which lead to food being squashed. There was no salad at all. I asked at ordering time salad and sauce, the person with beard replied, yes it will be.

Food, needs to seriously improve. The donner tasted stale, rubbery. While I waited i didn't see anyone use the donner machine. So most likely this must have been cut off a while ago. The chicken and chips, chicken was smelly, not sure if they wash it or not but honestly it was smelly. The chicken burger, the person taking order said yes the chicken patty has a spicy batter on it etc this was not present when I tasted it, very cooked also. The stir fry donner not much of a stir fry in my opinion, it was simply tossed in the sauces they serve.

The atmosphere inside very grim, grimy, ghetto, tables and chairs were more waiting chairs at this point.

I have never ordered from this place before but me and my family decided to take a shot on it on a busy Saturday night, with the thinking that if the food wasn't incredible taste-wise it would at least be fresh.

Out of the order I had a slice from each of the 3 pizzas and some fries. The margherita was fine, but that's where the positives end. The other two pizzas (I can't remember what they were, but I think one was some sort of chicken and the other meat) were downright disgusting. The chef is obviously very tone-deaf when it comes to flavouring their food. The veg tasted like it was straight out of a tin instead of fresh. I couldn't finish the slices they were that bad, and I'm not that fussy when it comes to pizza. Then the fries were soggy and oily, indicating that they were made in insufficiently-heated oil. I thought that would be impossible to achieve on a Saturday night but there you go.

I have no idea how this place achieved a 4+ star rating because the food was absolutely not good enough.

I cannot explain how shockingly disappointed I was. Waited over 30 minutes for a basic order. I have never experienced such a disastrous take away. 4 meals in total and loaded chips. I have never experience a grilled chicken burger with no salad, no sauce, no cheese, just a burger bun and plain chicken, There was no flavour to it what so ever. The chicken sandwich just looked like a chicken toastie from deli’s and same with the smash sandwich, definitely in no brioche bread, with no chips. The loaded fries just looked like cut up fried chicken on top of chips with a cheese sauce and that’s it. There was no flavour to anything. The inside needs a very deep clean and the bin looked like it was contaminated and overridden with germs and it looked like it has never been cleaned ever!
