HORRIBLE SERVICE.

So after a long day with family we wondered and landed in this restaurant to dine in at 4.48pm afternoon today 7/10/22. I went in to check the place whilst my wife, toddler and an infant waited in the car.

The elder looking guy at the reception turned around to say that they open at 5pm. So I said which is literally 15 min to go and if I can bring in my family inside for which he said yes.

By the time we took the baby car seat and the baby bag and reached the restaurant door it was ali most 10min to 5pm.

I open the door when this elderly looking man in black came towards the door with arms in the position to like throw us out. He didn’t have no courtesy what so ever to open to ask someone to open the door or ask us to be seated somewhere till 5pm or at least look at the menu. He simply said we are cleaning and we open at 5pm.

I politely said sorry and that I didn’t understand earlier that he meant us to wait in the car till 5pm. The only answer to that the man replied we open at 5pm.

Felt insulted we slowly made our way to the car and drove back home.

I didn’t make it a big deal cause I know my wife would have been in tears. I just told her in a breezy way to let’s go and order some home delivery.

It’s sad and I request people in customer service to be more polite and courteous. Cause as a couple without kids we wouldn’t have mind waiting in the car but with 2 kids who have been out the whole day tired and hungry we were miles away in our thoughts and worries.

This comment is not meant to tarnish the restaurant’s image but just to ask the management to train their staff well and every half a year or year so they don’t forget the morale and values of...

Too unsafe for us regarding the Covid virus. Visited last week, Aug 2020. No social distancing in place, despite their website stating they have. Tables were excatly the same as normal. Not 1m apart let alone 2m! No one on the door to take name and number for track and trace. No one to ensure hand sanitizer was used. We had to search for it ourselves on the bar. Customers walked straight through without sanitizing. Salt pot was smeared with curry which is disgusting normally let alone nowadays.Shows things are not cleaned properly. Nice staff but place too packed out. We stayed as was friends birthday but felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Everyone had touched the menus and they were handed back out to other customers. Maybe paper disposable menus could be used as in other places? Seemed they put business before safety. Sent email to the restaurant with our concerns but heard nothing back hence this review. Wont be rushing back but I don't think...

“We all know that all restaurants services and food they provide are not the same! I eat out quite often and a couple of days ago, we were a party of six using the gathering as part of a birthday celebration along with people who unlike myself, were not crazy curry fans so there was trepidation in what was to be ordered and the outcome? However, I need not concern myself; the service and description of the wide range of dishes were comprehensively explained by the waiting staff who were knowledgeable and attentive. However, the strength of one the dishes was not quite right for one of our party but was quickly dealt with by the management indicating to me that these people want you to enjoy good food at great prices and come back for more!
