Shezzaan's Bradford — Restaurant in Bradford

We have been here tonight for my birthday meal 25 of us, yes I understand that's alot of people and it can be harder work, but for the service we recieved was not good enough especially for a £400 bill! we got left for at least 55minutes before we even got asked what drinks we wanted, eventually they took our orders, we was then waiting around 20minutes for starters (fine) then over a hour for mains, we had young children with us who of which was very fed up and falling asleep on the chairs, the food came in dribs and drabs, wrong curry for one person which was coursed by them giving someone else his, by the time his curry came back his rice was freezing, and when he asked for some more rice as it took 20minutes for them to bring another curry out the waitress tutted and shook her head, everytime we asked for something this was the response we got, and when asking for discount for the 3hours we was there and the long waits and the apauling food and service, they was only going to knock £1.69 of per person I have used this place a lot and never had problem with the service and quality off food until today, the same waitress also threw the cake we asked them to bring out onto the counter and said "there is your cake" her attitude towards customers is disgusting, the restraunt was that smoky it was coursing everyone's eyes to burn which shouldn't happen if they have right ventilation in the kitchen, I will not be stepping foot in...

What a load of con artists. Got there before 6 and they gave us the main menu. Asked to see the early bird menu which states starter, main side and dessert for £13.95. The service was shocking the lady serving our table had no customer service skills. When we asked for an early bird menu she kept saying “you want poppadoms“ a number of times when we just wanted to look at the menu. It’s like she didn’t want to bring us that menu unless we were aware of it. Then she pretended she couldn’t understand us but then was really clear on how many poppadoms we ordered. We had to ask someone else who then brought over the menu. They never asked if we wanted any drinks. We felt really forced into ordering a pickle tray. She just came across so rude. Never smiled. Once finishing our main meal she took our main meals after we finished and brought the bill over. Not even showing the dessert menu but as we were full we never mentioned it. We put cash down and she took it away and never brought it back. After waiting over 15 mins we went to the bar area at the front and asked one of the male staff. He asked what table we were and then stated. “ she told us that we could keep the change” the change was over £7. When I challenged and said I never said that the male staff stated well I don’t know why she would say that? The curry was tasteless also. Can’t believe the experience me and my friends had here! I’ve been here so many times over the last few years as well but I definitely do not plan to go back. Me and my friends had booked a table (and had this confirmed) and when we got there we were asked how quick we would be able to eat and leave because they had over booked, which is their problem not mine! They planted a table in such an awkward space for us. Then as we were eating we were asked how long we were going to be. Then when taking our plates we were asked to leave! I asked if we could finish our drinks off and let our food settle to be huffed at. Then I was offered a cup of tea by another member of staff after I complained the first time. Only then minutes later to be asked to leave AGAIN! I asked for the Manager, who approached me in such a rude way for him to raise his voice and told us to ‘get out’.
