Normally I order from Starbucks and the customer service has always been good however on the 31st May 9.49pm the customer service was very rude. When I ordered in the drive through I asked what is the size difference between a medium and large drink , the lady said twice that she can’t tell us as she is not at the till. I was shocked that she couldn’t go to the till and tell me the prices , however she did after 2 times of asking. I ordered Frappuccino’s with cream and without cream , I told her this three times just to make sure. When we arrived there , I asked for chocolate syrup more than five times and was ignored , when I asked several times she finally responds and according me which was very rude as she grumpy says “it’s costs extra”. I was very surprised due to this. When I received my drinks both of them had cream which was not what I asked for to start with. What if my daughter had an allergy for cream? When I said that one of my drinks have cream on them she responded “I can’t take it off” . Which should have been said as “I will make a new one”. He told me he is quitting in a couple of days, and there is nothing "they" can do to him. He also said his colleague is leaving with him. I said, "you can't take that out on your customers." After I asked him about what the complaint process was, he said he wouldn't tell me. He then told his colleague to ignore my request as well.
He gave me a stirrer sticky from caramel because he rudely placed it on the unwiped counter rather than on top of the mug or plate. At that point, I decided to leave rather than continue the unpleasant interaction with the staff.
The two staff members acted as if they didn't want me there. They got offended when I told them that I didn't appreciate their attitude. I'm not sure if that's how they always act, or it's because they're about to quit soon.
It's a beautiful location, but it's a pity the staff feels they can treat customers...
Read moreI work at Starbucks myself and I make the drinks every day so I know what they should taste like , I’ve ordered 3 different drinks and they all were made wrong, asked for 65° instead of normal temperature and I got them at 71°. Also my latte was like a cappuccino , when I came back in to ask to remake the drinks, only the latte + white mocha were right but my oat milk hot chocolate was made wrong again . The lady who made our drinks first time blamed it on “ that it was her second shift back” after being off for a bit which shouldn’t be an excuse. Also not everyone was wearing...
