Desi Sweet Centre — Restaurant in Leeds

I do hope the owner takes notice of this review and makes some positive changes to the shop. In the past one month, I have been to the shop 4 times, and every time I am told the kitchen has closed. It doesn’t matter if it’s 10am or 5pm, I have received the same response. My latest visit was today, and basis my past experience, I went in at 3:30pm ( 90 minutes before closing, Sunday timings) and got the same response “Kitchen is closed”. No apologies nothing. It seems the ladies working in the kitchen are least bothered about the business and evidently lazy as NOBODY closes kitchen 90 minutes before closing. My advice to the owner: if you can’t do hot food then perhaps close down the fresh food counter and only continue your supply chain. Also, please advertise your EXACT shop (and kitchen!) timings on Google and shop till. It’s literally the basic etiquette of running any business. Do read other low rated reviews, I do hope you learn something and improvise. All the best. PSA to customers- on my first visit, I had bought a few things off the display counter. I placed an order here a few days ago for a work party i got a large quantity. Everyone loved them they went down great and price is reasonable to.. people commented they are beautiful and asked where i got them from even asking for directions the peeps that were from Bradford:).. i was first a bit skeptic looking at some reviews others have left but am glad i tried it and have made my own judgement.. i think i will be paying another visit soon enough as my family want some to as i came home empty handed after the work party.. hope this helps if you are in two minds as i am bad for checking reviews before i try a...

I bought pakora, stuffed bread, stuffed chilli, two curry's everything was so salty it was like some one closed there eyes and dumped all the box of salt .I had to throw all the food in the bin because I have high blood pressure if I had eaten that food I would've end up in the hospital. This is my 3th time trying their food .1st time I found small stone in the samosas 2nd time both curry's were off they smell really bad .Please be careful when you bought food from the Desi sweet...
