The Food was delivered late, we had ordered vermicelli noodles and chop suey. Instead of chop suey they gave us chowmein. I called them up, apparently the person who took my order was new so he mixed the order up. The lady offered to deliver us the correct order and take back the incorrect order - which I agreed to.

After 20 minutes the 'chop suey' finally arrived. We swapped the items, but when we opened the new box they had provided it was chicken in sweet and sour sauce! I called up to tell them and the lady on the phone tells me I clearly have not had chop suey before, this was a lie as we have ordered chop suey from them before!! Terrible service. The best Chinese in Bradford by a long shot. The food is beautiful, arrives freshly cooked in a timely manner. What is really appreciated though is the customer service. I've eaten at plenty of restaurants where I enjoyed the food but the service was terrible and or rude. It really does matter. The staff at Taste of China are so courteous and polite every time I order. To top it off, we've never had anything missing from our order, or incorrect items sent.
