Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Leeds

Hello, as a regular visitor of this Costa location I am upset to say that today was last visit. On daily basis, I come and work form cafes. On this occasion I asked the staff twice to put the temperature of the thermostat up, but there was no change in temperature. Latter another customer asked and he reassured me they will do it now. Shortly after that customer left, they lowered the temperature back down. I asked them again to put it back up but they said other three? customers asked them to put it down? I do not believe this was true, the other sit-in customers were in my sight and all wearing jackets and jumpers. I think the staff gets too hot, which I understand, but I am the one spending money in your store. You should consider getting a separate air conditioning...

Whoever made our Uber Delivery today is an absolute gem. For some people it's just a lunch delivery, for us today it was a pick me up treat, as we've had a pretty tough week. The ham/ cheese toasties and sundried tomato /cheese toasties done to perfection. So tasty. And the large hot chocolate and decaf hazelnut lattes were just en pointe. Husband says its the best hot chocolate he's had in years. My latte was pretty special too. You can always tell when things are made with care and joy. But what made it extra? The little notes and smiley faces. My goodness, you gave us the lift we needed with just the smallest of touches and I would just like to say to that person. Thank you. Absolutely the best coffee shop for customer service as well as everything else. I rang to ask if they'd be going online on uber eats as I had been checking all day with no joy. Costa for me is a 45 minute walk & we don't drive & as it was raining, delivery from uber sounded perfect for our girls good behaviour at school reward. They went online straight away for me & even put me two small cups & lids in my order when I rang back to ask. The two young men who helped me today, thank you so much. I cannot thank you enough for going above & beyond to help a customer like you did today!! I truly hope you're recognised for your perfect customer service skills.
