Subway — Restaurant in Bradford

My mother went to this subway to buy a deal she saw on her subway app, it was a deal for buy one and get one free in a 6 inch sub. She went there to buy 2 thinking she will get 2 for free. As she went into the subway she confirmed with a staff member is it buy one get one free on these subs and she was told yes. After she had paid and got home, I saw she was only given 1 for free and charged for 3. She decided to go back again to just make sure, and then was told that the offer is only valid for 1 per person and that she should have read the terms and conditions. Even though she did ask a staff member about the offer, or she was told to bring them back by the manager I believe. Poor customer service and terrible way to treat a customer, and then my mother also told me a young girl that charged her went into the back laughing.

Like yes my mother’s fault for not reading the terms and conditions but would they prefer a whole family to come and everyone to buy a sub each. Out of pettiness I was gonna go back and return the subs for a refund and then purchase a footlong out of pettiness. But my mother is the one that stopped me.

Very bad experience, and very rubbish customer...

Asked to wait outside as there were 6 people queueing inside (5 person maximum), however, there were 4 children running around inside near the entrance - shouting, climbing on the tables and throwing themselves on the floor. Once we were inside and being served (approximately 10 minutes after being asked to wait outside) the staff were very slow and needed to be re-told what we wanted several times even though we only ordered 3 x 6" sandwiches. All of the sandwiches were shoddily put together and had hardly any salad inside from the choices we made. We also ordered 2 large coffees which were actually not even half full and mainly froth. We asked for these to be topped up and instead they were re-made and still contained not even half a cup. Won't be returning to this branch of subway. Waste of...

The staff were friendly, however upon enetering the establishment, there were no clean tables, the general cleanliness of the building is disgraceful,the floor looks like it hasnt been mopped in 5 years, and the building was festering with flies, not somewhere ill be returning, clearly understaffed, my phone was dead at the time to take pics but there was actually a ball of hair om the floor bear the drinks machine, discusting, clearly understaffed, as the two staff that were in the kitchen were busy on, yiu need more staff subway...
