The Great Northern Brewhouse — Restaurant in Bradford

We used to come here all the time with it being our local and loved it, the staff and venue are amazing, but the new prices are letting the place down. We go elsewhere now. £6 for a kopperberg?? £1.50 for a small dip which used to be free and the price of lager is ridiculous at over £6 for an Erdinger. Even the cask Wednesdays at £2.50 have gone up. Why on earth are they increasing there prices to match city bars in places like Leeds? Where's the cheap lovely local we all used to love? It isn't just me, alot of the locals are saying the same. Me and a few other friends met up for a drink and some food here, immediately upon stepping foot into the place we were bombarded by rude staff members asking for ID, understandable as they don’t have a license for under 18s allowed in after 7pm. The Great Northern is under new management. They've done great job renovation the interior to high standard in a boutique-cottage style. The outside has been restored to a fresh look with new accessable ramp, tables and sitting area. Pool table and large flat screens for football and entertainment is a plus. They've extended the bar area to serve customers better and have produced a more open concept with more seating available then before.
