Zana Steakhouse — Restaurant in Bradford

The staff are very rude I thought I was the only one and the way they speak to the customers I felt like I did something wrong but looking at the other reviews turns out im not alone!. I like my food a certain way my tummy gets upset, I asked them to change my chicken fillet pattie as it looked under cooked for him to say their are all cooked the same! It clearly was under cooked he gave me a new one with attitude after missing my order all together at first!. I asked for 5 meals I received 4 the man behind the counter was extremely rude and didn't listen properly, then blamed me saying I only ordered 4 meals their listening skiills are 0 and they need to learn how to respect their costomers after all its because of us their are getting their wages! Service with a smile wouldn't go a miss the shop needs a good clean and a revamp the foods average not all that the Leeds road branch is a million times better pity...

Food is okay, customer service not. Was busy when I came in, waited patiently for 20 plus minutes, while I was putting sauces on, one of the workers was tutting saying " oh you not done yet" trying to rush me. If I can wait patiently for 20+plus minutes I'm sure you can be patient for 30 seconds. Next, I asked politely if I could have some lettuce and onions and was abruptly told no, because they was busy. I was shellshocked. No? To lettuce and onions? Wth. He even checked with another worker who said no. I wasn't telling them to pay me money, just a simple request. Not even worth a 1 star. Don't listen properly when my husband made an order, gave the wrong order. No communication. My husband should have checked but we have a poorly baby at home so he was in a rush. When my husband rang to say they have given wrong order they started arguing, complete jokes, no manners on how to talk, they made the mistake and instead of admiting it they just argued, when asked to speak to manager some kid on phone decided he was the manager.
