Breeze Cafe: A Must-Visit Gem in Witham!
Breeze Cafe truly stands out as a culinary gem in the heart of Witham. This place manages to pull off the rare feat of offering huge menu variety without compromising an ounce of quality. Whether you're after comfort or adventure, the food menu has you covered. You can indulge in a classic, hearty Full English, try the bold, Mediterranean-inspired Menemen breakfast, or grab a healthy granola bowl before hitting the gym. And that’s just breakfast - their lunch menu, featuring classics like paninis, is equally robust. With reasonable prices that perfectly reflect the quality, it's a fantastic value for families (especially with the flexible 'build your own breakfast' options for kids and adults alike!). The experience is consistently elevated by the exceptional service. The staff are genuinely friendly, quick to greet you at the door, and clearly take pride in making sure you enjoy your visit. This level of attentiveness feels rare and is deeply appreciated. Even during peak times, like a busy Sunday morning, the atmosphere is delightful. The volume inside was comfortably low, allowing for easy conversation over the pleasant background music. Breeze Cafe is a heavy-hitter in Witham's great food scene. If you live locally or are just passing through, I highly, highly recommend a visit. The sheer breadth of the menu guarantees you'll find a reason to come back...
Read moreThis review is well overdue, but I must write it, only because people can be so rude.
My partner took me, our baby and his mum for brunch on mother's day. As we know the Breeze is very popular and we did not book a table, silly mistake. Obviously when we got there is was absolutely packed, and there was not a table in sight.
The lady that works there approached us and asked if we had a reservation and I said no, she said that she couldn't guarantee how long a table would be but she would do her up most to get us seated ASAP. A few more people without reservations came in after us, without reservations, and once they realised or told that there were no tables, there was no understanding at all. Instead people were rude to the waiter, turned their back whilst she was still talking to them trying to explain the situation and made comments like "we came all the way and there are no tables".
I just found it extremely unfair on the staff the way there were being treated, if you don't have a reservation you have 2 options, you either chance it and hope for the best or you wait for a table to become available.
We waited for about 10min until she got us a table, which on Mother's Day and without a reservation it's not a bad waiting time.
Obviously the food was amazing, the staff were impeccable and we very much enjoyed our brunch.
Definitely recommend this place it's a little gem in Witham, always...

I recently visited Breeze with my girlfriend, and we had an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, thanks to the lovely owner and friendly staff who made us feel right at home.
The food was incredible! My girlfriend ordered the poached eggs with salmon and was thrilled when she discovered a surprise addition of asparagus, which wasn’t even mentioned on the menu. It made her day! I opted for the halloumi and chicken wrap with chips, and the portion was HUGE! The wrap was delicious and satisfying, though I could barely finish it—and I had to leave the chips, as I was too full!
Overall, Breeze offers great food, generous portions, and a positive vibe that made our visit truly memorable. We’ll definitely be...
