Great vist, the staff are nice and really are putting in the effort, I have to admit though, I wanted to praise them to the KFC company its self in the hope they would be rewarded for their hard work, but I found this to be 100% impossible, first I tried the site on the receipt to praise them but once I got to that site I was hit by an error in every browser I tried it in, then after that I tried to email the company to give my praise but the email system needed me to say what restrant it was, I selected it and even though it was on the list it said "can not find this restrant on the list" so after that I tried to call KFC to give my praise using their customer line, but all that does is tell you to email them using the system that already failed... finaly I tried to call the store to say I would leave my review on google but even that number gave me an error.
I have to admit this restaurant did a wonderful job but in attempting to get them praise for their hard work I have found that the people incharge of this entire system at KFC corporate should be fired, never in my life has it been so hard to tell a company their people did a good job and should be paised for not just saying they work hard but really doing it, and in such a hard thankless job as a fast food worker.
heh, I guess this review is like a "The Story of two teams" the team who gets to lounge around an office all day who do nothing useful vs the one on the front line in the kitchen giving it their all.
The painful thing is those guys dont even act like their doing a good job, they just do it, there is no worker worth of more praise then one who goes the distance and expects no thanks.
If there is anyone at KFC Corporate who still cares and some how reads this, I know its a franchise branch but find a way to reward and encourage these guys, after all, its your brand their putting in the shine...
Read moreArrived yesterday at the drive through approx 12.15 we was the only car there so quite sure we would order and collect our food quite swiftly. The young lady at the counter told us to drive round as she couldn’t work the till or understand our order as part included some free food collected in the app ! Followed instructions ordered with her again. She said the till wasn’t working so blankly starred at me for approx 5 mins. The drive through was still empty and the restaurant also like a ghost town. Two other members of staff were hovering in the background not willing to assist the young girl who clearly didn’t have a clue or the people skills yet to solve this problem. Again another 5 mins passed she took my blue light card code to the front desk this time but still the tills were not working so it seemed I couldn’t collect any food from this FAST FOOD outlet So not gonna bore you but this repeated itself for over 25 mins with now all three starring at me like I should solve the problem. So I can’t have any food because your tills are down and you don’t possess the technical or customer or in fact social skills to do what’s correct in this situation ! I could ask 100 people what they would do in this situation if they worked there and in fact my 6 year old would also answer the same but no these girls thought the best outcome would be shouting sorry you can’t have anything and slamming the windows closed !!! Read moreOnce again I let some time go past and it's like I start to forget all the reasons I stop eating here. Every time I order from here the food quality is incredibly bad. The bread dry and stale, the chicken and burgers in general cold and dry and the krushems were basically water. Honestly their prices now are so ridiculous that each personal meal is easily £11 pp also reminds me of how bad the staff are. I can confidently say that as a percentage on the drive through they have gotten the order wrong and forgot stuff easily 90% of the time where I am genuinely shocked if they haven't. One time I went through and the queue was massive so got our order and quickly drove home which is 20mins away BTW. They had forgot sooo much I rang up. When I did I had a woman say it's my fault and I should have gone through my order and then I protested how am I supposed to do that with a line of customers behind me and surely when packing the order item by item it would be easier then and she hung the phone up on me.
