I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tim Hortons, and I must say that my experience was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. The service we received was second to none, and the staff members were incredibly polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable.
Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. The staff was attentive and took the time to answer any questions we had, making us feel valued as customers. Their exceptional level of service truly set the tone for the entire visit.
The food at Tim Hortons was nothing short of heavenly. Each bite was a delight to the senses, with flavors that surpassed expectations. From the savory sandwiches and wraps to the delectable pastries and muffins, every item we ordered was freshly prepared and bursting with deliciousness. However, it was the cakes that truly stole the show. The cakes at Tim Hortons were simply amazing, with their moist textures and rich, indulgent flavors. They were a treat for both the eyes and the taste buds.
Amidst all the culinary delights, I must give special recognition to Himanshu, a staff member who provided exemplary service. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine care for customers were remarkable. He effortlessly catered to our needs, making sure we had everything we desired and creating an overall fantastic dining experience. His attention to detail and dedication to delivering exceptional service truly exemplified what all Tim Hortons staff should aspire to be.
I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team at Tim Hortons for their outstanding service and culinary excellence. The combination of their friendly and accommodating staff, heavenly food, and the amazing cakes they offer made our visit truly memorable. Tim Hortons has earned my highest recommendation to anyone who has yet to experience their delights.
If you haven't had the pleasure of visiting Tim Hortons, I implore you to give them a try. You will undoubtedly fall in love with the exceptional service, heavenly food, and irresistible cakes. Thank you, Tim Hortons, for an absolutely...

Turned up saturday night, McDonalds & KFC were heaving so I thought let’s try Tim Horton’s and bonus the drive through was empty! (Now I know why!!!!) in between ordering on the intercom the phone was ringing and I was being told mid sentence, “one second mam” while phone calls were taken first 🙄
We ordered a Nacho Chilli Cheese Beef Burger meal & A Nacho Chilli Cheese Chicken Wrap meal both with Choc Brownie Shakes.
Over £9 each for a start, waiting at the drive-through window, no staff, I’d not paid just watching a couple of women & a man wander around at their own pace..
Eventually I was handed drinks and told “tap there please.” Then handed a bag of food. I tried a chip (as you do when you’re starving and it’s late etc) and they were stone cold! And I mean STONE cold and had gone all chalkey like an old oven chip 😖 so I said “excuse me, could we have some fresh fries please as they’re cold?” - no response just an eyeroll and pulling faces. She then took the next load of lattice fries from a little drawer, one by one with the tongs…. 🥱 handed me back the whole bag of food again and said “here you go.” I pulled into a parking space and then found the fries were just as bad, burnt and dry. Took the burger & wrap out and handed them to people in the car and we’d been given a chicken burger and a plain crispy chicken wrap. My son was annoyed at having to wait again to get it changed so he just said leave it i’ll eat it and I took the burger back to the window to say I paid for a nacho beef burger and you’ve given me a chicken burger.. The member of staff again was pulling faces, took the burger and asked other staff to make a beef burger, then handed me back the chicken and said “just have it.”
Staff act like serving customers is beneath them and they aren’t rushing for anyone! You can’t even blame it on a saturday night and it being busy. I was the only one at the drive through and there must have been 3 tables of customers eating in at that time. Food is overpriced and a huge disappointment. First time we’ve been there, won’t...
Read moreLet's start with the positives, the French vanilla latte is amazing (imho) the pancakes are decent (and when cooked properly the bacon is crispy and nice). The bad parts begin and end with the service, we have eaten here several times and have normally ended up having to order at the counter as the screens tend to be down more ofter than not. The staff seem to have no idea about their current promotions (e.g the £3.79 breakfast meals Inc drinks) or they are deliberately not putting them through with the correct discount applied, the first time it happened I put it down to staff newness as it was the first week, I ended up having to rejoin the cue to try and speak to a manager to get it resolved (thos took an age as the screens were down and the place was rammed. The 2nd time it happened it seemed awfully suspect and when it happened again last weekend I pretty much gave up as there were about 15 people in front of me. When the food eventually came it was cold and the bacon whilst technically not raw had no colour to it, another disappointing thing is the Maple syrup, baring in mind tim hortons Canadian heritage I would not have expected to have 'maple flavoured' golden syrup.
With regard to the non breakfast menu, the chicken burgers are not bad, but I would give the beef burgers a swerve if you don't want to be disappointed with your meal.
I think the biggest problem seems to be with prep organisation and timing, I don't mind a longer wait for food if the quality is there, but sadly most of the times food has come out cold.
Tim Hortons is a great concept but one that is sadly poorly executed and not up to the standards one...
