My mum has always been a loyal customer to this place and asked them to do the food for 2 events for us. They did a great job at providing a wide rage of food for various dietary requirements which was reflected in the price. My criticism is the lateness of the delivery. An hour late.. which I found unacceptable due to the expense of the order. Putting the time we had to organise the hall back an hour. None of the other catering firms were late. So disappointed to hear from my mum today that she has had to pay £16 for unreturned disposable trays bringing the cost of the order £191. She went in there for lunch and just happened to see the owner. The owner made. NO declaration to my mum about the return of the trays, nor did she take a deposit. May I politely suggest you do so with any future customers. For a wedding function where cleaners have been employed to clean up after… it is highly unlikely anyone will take the disposal trays back. Lost a great amount of custom here. I gave you a good review overlooking the lateness but hearing this from my mum today has ended our dealings with this cafe Our previous function was very substantial.

Mama dells, come on now. I have been a customer of yours, on and off for many years and I love your breakfast items but was so disappointed this morning. I appreciate all businesses are under strain to sustain and remain open but today I asked for a bacon and sausage sandwich. I often get This and they are normally great but today. The bread is thinner than normal, no more door stop! and only one sausage cut in half. Never have you done this, are you trying to save? Now I understand the term shrink-flation but to do this and still charge £8 for a sandwich and coke!!!!! You are grest guys and friendly but this is not right. Sorry but very...

The 3 of us ordered the £8 breakfast where you got to pick 5 items. The food was ok, although one of us had to send a cremated sausage back, which was replaced. Unlike any other breakfast I have ever ordered, toast was not included. The toast was an extra £1.50, which all three of us ordered. To my shock, for £1.50 we got ONE SLICE of very average toast. When I questioned this, the member of staff said that was correct. £4.50 for 3 slice of toast when you could buy the whole loaf for under a pound. Disgrace. Will definitely not return....
