We often come to Frank's as his very entertaining, the food is lush can not fault it, and nothing what you want is too much! How ever this time there was his wife apparantly ,she was really off as we forgot to give a discount code presented last time by Zafra, when we asked for the bill, there was nothing on the 20% off to say hand in at the start. It was a genuine mistake. So instead of saying oh don't worry, which is (good customer service,) she said your suppose to hand that in at the start, and I have to do all the maths and adding up now. Like she was talking down to us. And making us feel belittled. When she could see we was not happy. And believe you me I kept my tongue, she said dont think he'll have me back. !!! We never knew this was his wife as never seen her before and we have been a few times. The other young lady was very nice .

In these hard times Covid Etc you need to keep customers as much as possible...

Soothing the tongue with delightful silkiness, the Gorgonzola, walnut and mushroom sauce generously coating the fresh Gnocchetti, is delightful. A filling dish packed with fantastic flavour.

The staff is friendly, especially the owner, Frank, who, when time permits, enjoys sitting down next to customers and explaining the menu with passion. Or having a short chat. It’s like being in his home. I tried some of my friend’s swordfish, which was soft but firm in texture. Served with a fruity spiced piquant sauce, it zapped my teddy bear taste buds orgasmically.

We ate here the Friday after Valentines. It was very quiet in the restaurant, but boy were we in for a treat! The food was amazing. I had the lamb shank with gnocchi and I will thoroughly recommend this. Massive portion. The meat fell of the bone and the sauce was to die for! My wife had the ravioli with spinach and ricotta and absolutely loved it. For afters my wife had the chocolate cherry merengue and it was amazing. The chef/ owner chatted to us throughout dinner and was very pleasant. I can't recommend this...
