McDonald's — Restaurant in Breckland District

Thought the place looked nice when I walked in placed our order and waited. A women with glasses who worked right now had a major attitude. She kicked over a box her team mate was stocking up and didn't even offer to pick it up. Then she went in the kitchen to make our burgers. We wasn't even told how long we would have to wait for our food but we was there for about 15 mins. The burgers she was making she basically through them without any care where the burgers are placed! She was so miserable! When our burgers where made no gloves or tongs where used a lad with longish hair and glasses on put our salad on our burgers with his bare hands! When we got our food our fries where half full and our burgers funny enough where cold! You wouldn't think so with them cooking everything fresh. The fries where warm but when you pay for a large hot meal you expect just that! I am an assistant manager from another fast food restaurant and if I know I had an employee like that she would of been sat down and questioned about her behaviour and possibly even had a warning. Will not be visiting this...

The restaurant was all but empty when we arrived to eat in... Two team members wandering aimlessly, several dirty tables they were intently ignoring. Our food arrived cold, it was poorly assembled and my son's chips and nuggets were all loose in his happy meal box... Our milkshakes were not up to their usual standard either being incredibly runny. Later we ordered desserts and things really didn't improve, whomever made the mcflurry dumped the smarties on the top as an afterthought and the Hot apple pie was barely tepid. Despite the restaurant still only being a quarter full at most we were hassled by a team member wanting to clear while we were both still eating our main course. Please at least let diners finish their meals before you try to take their tray, sauces and napkins! This is not the first time we've had poor quality food and seen team members wandering around aimlessly ignoring dirty tables and abandoned trays and yet trying to take stuff from people eating... I really don't want to bother coming back it's not worth it for mediocre food and...

Food always hot, as are the cappuccinos, and when we’ve tended to get a McFlurry it is at least cold and firm (i.e. not melted/like a milkshake). Busy weekdays around 4-6pm (naturally) with it being a stones throw from a dual carriageway, and a few big name supermarkets, plus on a main route in to the town. Tend to pre-order on the McDonalds app and then park up in a collection bay, although have used the drive-thru. Staff usually friendly, although the drive thru ordering point could be a little louder so you can hear what’s said by the staff. Find it a better site than the Kings Lynn Hardwick McDonalds, if you’re travelling along the A47. Plenty of parking, but if you have any l problems finding a space during busy periods, just around the corner, on the way out (one way) of the industrial park, there’s a big open car park outside Screwfix and Tool Station, with McDonalds bins...
