U.S.A. Chicken — Restaurant in Breckland District

Just ordered a takeaway meal over an hour and half ago told it would take half hour to an hour to deliver, after hour and half no sign so rang told they’d been knocking on my door but no answer two of us in small house would have seen them walk past window let alone hear them , was given the option of collecting from shop so they were most upset when I told them to shove it up thier arse. Told I was rude not as rude as taking an order and not delivering it . Please use somewhere that...

best takeaway bar none, they do everything under 1 roof! pizza, chicken, kebabs, burgers, I think they do all fast food ever thought of! their chicken and ribs combo for under a fiver is just heaven, sitting in front of the telly, beer in one hand, chicken leg in the other, don't get much better than that, oh and the kebabs are the best value in my opinion, loaded! lovely! chilli sauce is a little weak but hey, that's why you buy chilly sauce and have in a cupboard to spice...

Before they moved premises we where always happy with both the food and the service. Waiting an hour and a half for food that we was initially told 30 mins is unacceptable. When speaking with the shop we was told 'perhaps the driver couldn't find your house?' Or perhaps the car has broken....

Not acceptable. Delivery guy turned around and said he's the only driver on. Completely different to the shops story.
