I’ve tried this multiple times now and the common denominator is not me. I always crave a world known typical spicy ramen dish. I’ve tried to order this from them and explain how I want it to look/taste. The first try they gave me some random black bean dish that was disgusting (I eat & enjoy probably 90% of foods) then I asked to change it and they came out with a really rich stir fry? I went back and thought it may be my communication so I tried to ask for a chicken ramen broth but it was basically noodles and chicken in water. Just went back and I asked the waitress to literally make me some noodles with a spicy chilli/curry sauce and she said no we can’t do that??? I said I don’t want a broth or stir fry dish So she recommended something ‘similar’. I asked to add enoki and she said they can’t do that also? They brought out noodles swimming in a bowl of soup with hundreds of tomatoes and mushrooms. After reading the reviews a lot of other people experienced the same. Also I’ve learnt they have a 1 star hygiene rating!!! Also that table lay out??? I don’t want hyper kids sitting on my lap when...

This place has definitely improved since the last time I was here. Everything tasted better. New chef? They have calmed down with the sweet soy sauce. 3 of us visited and all had a pleasant experience.
OLD REVIEW: 2 of us attended for dinner. We had 3 starters and a main each. The starters were good. The mains were a bit below average. We ordered what thought was a Japanese noodle dish but it was not what it should be. My roast duck and pork were overcooked and the sweet soy sauce was nice to begin with but the sweetness became overwhelming halfway through. It was basically take away food served up in a restaurant. And it was definitely restaurant prices.
The redeeming qualities are free parking, free WiFi, no service charge and good COVID related practices.
If you happen to be near (Junction 28 of M25) and you fancy a quick bite to eat then go for it. However I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to come...
Read moreFood is fine but the service is disgusting. There is no vegetarian children's option anymore (there used to be as we have eaten here a dozen times before) so we asked if they could give us a small portion of veg lo mein (which is on the main menu) and charge us for the children's chicken noodles but we were met with a wall of ignorance. We asked to speak to a manager but were told he isn't there and they didn't know when he would be as "he comes in when he wants" and that "nobody was in charge" (which was quite concerning). The whole time my 4 year old son was in tears and they didn't really seem to care. We went to a local takeaway (Jasmine Palace) where they were more than happy to accommodate any request and laughed at the poor...
