Easton Takeaway — Restaurant in Bristol

What can I say about this place? I love it! I always find myself coming back again and again. For me it is all about the chicken shish. Cooked fresh on the grill every time, homemade naan breads made fresh to order, and a handful of chips in your kebab is just a killer touch. The chilli sauce is excellent, as too is the garlic mayo. You can tell it's homemade and the flavour is always consistent each time. The sauce is so good that I make sure always come out with a generous amount. Otherwise my kebab is slightly disappointing as you need lots to bind it together. Be warned.... Messy = Tasty. If I want to avoid being messy then I will grab a shish wrap. I have had the lamb shish before, but it's a little on the tough side for me. The chicken is always moist and tender, and I've never experienced any foul taste to the meat (which has happened at some places). Customer service is great. These guys are always on the ball. I have experienced quite varying portion sizes before. A couple times the bag has had some serious weight to it, and others have been considerably less heavy. Cheap prices all round so you can't go wrong. Load up on your sauce and you're good to go. Personally, I think the addition of red cabbage would be nicely welcomed in the salad section.

Ordered last night, Honestly one if not best quality kebab I have ever had in the UK if not world 👌🌍🇬🇧

We ordered two large easton special kebabs and large chips last night.

My partner and I have had SO many issues with cold takeaways or bad quality or raw foods etc and this arrived really hot, driver was lovely and all cooked through really well and so much flavour and spices in the meat so lovely never eaten anything so nice!! even when we ordered it I asked to just cook it through more than usual and worry I sounded rude or pushy and even asked no cucumber for my partner and it turned up perfect and followed to a t!!

The reason was as we'd had unfortunately hospital related food poisonings in the past, no joke!

Ordering now is quite a deal if you think about it for us now, and if you don't trust the food then you've failed really and lost custom.

So wanted to avoid all disappointment, but these guys won a million times over, thank you so much for your lovely food it made our day and put smiles on our faces !!!!

I wish I'd tipped more, will do for next time!!! 10/10 can't wait to order again!! I even called the shop to thank as well as my partner suggested it. Really appreciate it and thanks...

What the hell has happened to Easton Takeaway?! The previous staff were incredible, such friendly service, super hardworking and the place was always full for good reason. The last three times I've been in not only have they been unfriendly they've been downright rude and act as if they don't want your business. The food hygiene standards have massively slipped and the portions are totally inconsistent. I feel so bad for the owners who probably have no idea the new staff are clearly losing losing them a lot of custom. It's always dead these days. What a massive loss to Easton. Gutted.
